We evaluate our work standards and performance management on an ongoing basis and provide training to upgrade the technical competencies and professionalism of our employees. At the same time, we regularly review and upgrade our material and design specifications while exercising strict oversight over contractor performance. Our quality systems and procedures are consistent with the ISO 9001:2008 standard for quality management systems, and our compliance with this standard is reviewed annually through an external quality audit. Customers receive a building guarantee after hand-over of one year for the structure and three months for general issues. Customers can submit complaints or concerns at any time through our marketing offices or our website.
